Concept Letter Guidelines

Organizations are required to submit one copy of a one-page concept letter describing the purpose of the request, including the critical need to be addressed, amount requested, and contact information.

If your concept letter was accepted by the OHAF board and you have received a request to fill out a complete grant application, it must be received by 3:00 p.m. on May 26, 2020.
